Baaaaaby when I tell you this works fast...hunty!

I really had no clue how to use it so I decided to use it at every step of buying a house process. I applied for pre-approval on 6/14, that lender was having issues getting me approved on my I ended up needing a co borrower, which was not a problem but I wouldn't get down payment assistance. Yesterday I burned my candle for most of the day. Today I talked to my realtor and she said try a different lender. I submitted my application and within a hour I got a call saying I was approved on my own and got $5000 in down payment assistance! Spirit came through🙌🙌🙌 now its time to start looking, I'm not in a hurry I have some time I know Spirit will lead me to new home!! I was super scared to use the conjure candles and work with Spirits but the way he showed out I will be adding more conjure candles to my collection. 😊
