ADHD & BIPOLAR HELP😓😓😓

I am new to the community and i am so excited to get started and share some positive stories with you all !

I need some help though. 👀

My good friend has been diagnosed with ADHD and BIPOLAR disorder and he is about to start medication.

thing is... He really does not want to be on pills but he said he is really tired of feeling this way. This energy has plagued him majority of his life and I really want to help him explore all options before he commits to medication. BUT he said he only wants to try ONE ☝🏽 candle cause he is a little nervous.

I am in between buying Halo or Unhex for him. Which candle do you guys think will be most effective ?
