Are all of the Ether oils supposed to be scentless?

And I have also seen reviews on TikTok where they mix it with their shampoo so it seems as though they are using it the way they want to use it

that's not true...just use common sense. I used the ether oils such as wealth 11, master 11, mars and supreme 4, charm and savage 11 on myself all the time. But i wouldn't use Stop, stfu or supreme x on myself
