Y’all I just 2 of my Black Friday orders. I never received tracking info or told they were shipped, they just appears on my porch. So don’t worry if you don’t have shipping info yet, the orders are coming. 😊
I posted my order on the Black Friday as well. We are on January 7th, still nothing. No shipment number. I have sent emails to the OrderIssues address. Crossing my fingers for the best, that it did not got delivered and stolen by example - thats my luck.

She just made a statement on her IG story. Coincidentally after I commented about my order . But I too never got an answer to any emails or comments smh
That maths isn't adding up though cause the week of Christmas she said she had less than 500 orders from the black Friday sale to send out. That would mean they all would have been sent today?
I did not get an email confirmation but checked my status on the website under My Orders and see my packages have shipped. They on the way...Woot woot!
@SamanthaGo to your profile and look forward "my order" it will either say "confirmed" or "Track order". If Track you go into your order You should see a hyperlink under the item you purchase click on it and you should be able to get your tracking number.
Be patient and it is probably east coast or GA people getting the stuff sooner due to geography lol That’s what happened with the pots too lol. Don’t take it personally.. it takes time because it is not Amazon. It is a family business. Plus covid and all mail slowing things down. relax...
And this is why make sure your address is right lol.
@simone662 I ordered on Wed., Nov. 25 & 26 2020. What happened with Me, I had Preset my Cart w/the items and the 'Black Friday ' code was not listed as of yet. I was celebrating Thanksgiving with my Neighbors and had some 'Adult Beverage' which was 12% and I came Home, feel asleep, then awaken and didn't check nor change the Promo Code from 'Aries' to Black Friday and when I realized what happened, I 'sobered up' real quick and was sooo pissed at what happened. I sent emails to the orderissues@theconjure.com but, that didn't help. Then I turned around and ordered additional ones with the correct Code. So, imagine, my purchase was very large/high, like that drink I consumed. As they say, they comes 'just' when you need them and I'm learning this lesson also. (I'm a 'Newbie' also) Started in October 2020.
I’m sure all of the candles you purchased will be greatly needed. I purchased after 5 pm on 11/27/20. I’m still waiting on my order. I want to purchase more. However I want to see how long it takes to get this order. Today makes 18 days. I think, well I hope there is another bogo for Christmas. I want the pot as well. I hope I can get in on that one since it’s a limited number! I’m just ready to receive my order. The wait is killing me. Thank you so much for your response.

On Sunday, Dec. 13th 2020, I got up and boiled water to mop down the house w/Pinesol and I cleansed outside the house first and left the door ajar and there was a Male voice, I thought 'spirits' were playing with me, so I went to the Front door and all of my Black Friday Orders were sitting at the door. I said, 'wow FEDEX delivering on a Sunday'. Thank you Ancestors and Spirits!
If you don’t mind me asking, which day of the sale did you place your order? I ordered 17 days ago, and only got the order confirmation. I’m being patient. I’m just wondering if all orders will take up to a month to receive. Someone please advise.

Ehh... my packages go to a mail room. So if I’m not notified that means I just gotta check the room every other day.
Just check your order status on the website or on the app and save yourself a trip. Even if you don’t receive email notification your order status will be updated with tracking info. Or sign up for FedEx delivery notifications. I always get an email from FedEx when I am about the receive a package. Same with UPS. No one can ever surprise me with a delivery lol birthday and Valentine’s Day deliveries are always ruined because I get a heads up.

I just got another text from fedex. Saying that my other November Order is on its way. 😁
