5th pentacle of Mercury or 2nd pentacle of Mercury can be burned with Good fortune. Only the Mercury conjures can be burned with spelled candles. Same planets can be burned together
Also can I stack Multiple Jupiter candles

No. Mercury is the only conjured candle that you do any of the spelled with.
