I was wondering if you could use STOP on yourself for bad habits such as excessive worrying or achieving goals such as weight loss etc.? 🤔
I've done some work for problems with a landlord, but I kept worrying about the situation. This morning I was thinking to myself, "I wish I could just STOP worrying about this!" That's when I thought about STOP. I got my candle and scooped out a little wax with the back of my fingernail, rubbed it on my arm and chanted. IDK if it's just in my head but I STOPPED worrying about it! 🙏🏼😊

My anxiety started to come back a little after I got off work but I was able to work through it. Before I used some of the wax from the STOP candle I just wasn't able to keep my mind off of my current situation!

This isn't the first time I've done something like this. I used to use wax from the healing candle on my knees when they were aching without even chanting and the pain would decrease significantly almost right away. I've also used a little wax from Esteem, and even Domination for a grumpy ass coworker and both worked very well. I think I'll try a little wax from sweetening next. Burning the candles are more effective but this method has come in handy for me if I need quick results and don't have time to burn the actual candle.
