I received the last of my bulk order today and I was very excited 😛 but upon opening the package my cloak candle was ALREADY BROKEN INTO A MILLION PIECES 🥺🥺🥺🥺 I have seen a few of you guys post when the deliver people do not take care of the box during transition !? I need advice on how I can get this candle replaced cuz I do not have $ 69 to just throw away ?
The candle still good I’d just find another container to put it in or burn just like that
Yes. Email the team but I would go ahead and get a Tin can candle hold or a tin can for it. At least the candle is still in tack! ❤️❤️💯💯🥳

Email Lala Customer Service 1st, to see if anything can be done.. if nothing... go to the craft store Michael’s and get a tin/candler holder big enough to fit and use it to burn the candle in.
