Has anyone used Cloak for their job, what were the results? I had a issue with a caller yesterday who literally took me in circles and continued to ask the same questions for 60 minutes refusing to end the call after I told him a supervisor was not available and there was nothing else I could do. I felt like he was harassing me. I told my manager and she said its not considered harassment. She's going to listen to the call next week. I need to get cloak asap

Thank you for that petition... I understand it is stressful and I wish employers would start taking their employers side, instead of the customer because their not always right especially in call centers
I tried to assist him but companies make it extremely difficult to help customers when there's no supervisor to handle the problem 😕
Cloak from getting fired I did my job and gave him all the info he decided to interrogate me and I didn't get mad
