Crossroads and GF/Power Intense Review 🤯

So I burnt these candles a couple of weeks ago. I wanted to leave my job of 5 years and look for another/better opportunity to grow and build experience in another field. I’ve only worked 2 jobs my entire life first one was 3 years and my current one of 5 and now I’m 26. Some people would consider it good because it shows I’m loyal and stable. So I went to do an interview and nailed it and got offered the new position the next day. Of course I’m excited because I was ready to start something new. I put in my two weeks via email. Then boom as I’m using the restroom shortly after I run into my department director. So I took the opportunity to tell her directly that I have decided to resign. Of course her reaction went from completely causal to wow this caught me off guard. At first it seemed like she was understanding and happy for my new opportunity. Then her attitude shifted then she’s like I want to get into this a little deeper so she asked me to come into her office. So I came in and I sat down and she looked at me and was like “Nadia we’ve been through a lot together and you have high seniority in our department and your not like the others we would hate to lose you.” She’s also telling me how our company’s annual bonus is looking great this year. So I’m nodding my head taking into what she’s saying. Then she ask me “how much are they paying you?” so I tell her and then she says “If we give you a raise matching what their giving you would you stay with us?” And I said “Yes” She’s like look I have the Vice President now on the line and I’m gonna fight for you.” I have built great rapport within my company management even with my other job and I knew everyone likes me I just wasn’t expecting such a resistance for them to let me go lol. It really shows how much they value me being there. But on the other hand I took the only position that was available for the new job and I would hate to tell them I can’t take the opportunity anymore after they said no to all the other candidates so I’m honestly not sure of what I’m gonna do I feel like I’m in a game of tug of war 😅 But crossroads and good fortune/power intense really came through in this situation 🙌🏿🔥shout out to Lala her candle work is unmatched it blows my mind every single time.
