I have made several orders since November 2019, and never had any issues... I placed 3 orders on 4/3 and received the wrong candles in one of them. I emailed orders@theconjure.com with “URGENT: WRONG CANDLES & ORDER #” in the subject line and received a response within 24 hours, not only with a resolution but an apology!! No apology is necessary as I truly appreciate the time and effort and QUICK resolution during a time of high volume orders this month!

I concur!!! It was fast response. I was also surprised to find that Lala and her team shipped it the very next day! As you stated, no apology was needed. The mixed up for me was understandable especially with the high sales and promo but the extra time and effort I definitely truly appreciated. ✨🙌🏽
