Halo: can I burn it for him and I?

So with the love binding yeeted into the void, I finally got halo a bit before it was entirely completed. Now recently one of my blockages, a toxic relationship has been removed from me which is a relief. Now I know Halo can remove blockages, but I wanna know is if I can burn halo for my beloved and I to have any other under lying blockages removed including toxic ties with people? He seems to have one with this other girl but its unclear whether or not he still communicates with her. They may or may not have a soul toe and idk how strong that is and if Halo can remove that off of him. I have a brace and crystal from my previous halo candle. But this bracelet and crystal is going to my beloved for obvious reasons. Has anyone burned a candle for yourself and another person? If so, how did it work and how successful were you? Anything helps! Thx! :)
