Place your candle into a metal bowl or plate with some water. Make sure to add some water, it doesn’t have to be a lot, just enough to avoid the candle container from cracking if it gets too hot.

I wish I would have seen this a few weeks ago! That's exactly what happened to me...my candle burned out(I didn't leave it unattended) but I didn't know it was that low and the glass jar got so hot it cracked all up! Scared the life out of me how loud it was lol...will definitely never make that mistake again! 🥵🥵🥵

I basically read what she stated in the book. Something along the lines of “I welcome only peace, love, positivity into our lives. Remove all blockages. Bring me clarity.” Really go with your heart, as to why you purchased the candle (clarity, peace, etc) then speak it
