So I went to the store to see abut buy more things for my altar. I got this statue but didn’t look it up until I got home and it’s more so of a Chinese statue so I’m not sure if I should but it on my altar to me it feel like it’s symbol more of a goddes so that why I got it. Can y’all help me out. Here is a picture of it. Not sure if I can return it. If not then I’ll probably go to one of these nail shops and see if I can sale it to one of them if I can’t use it

@Dominik I was reading that. But with hoodoo I didn’t know if I can use it on my altar. I’m still learning and reading more and more everyday and when I was in the store they stood out to me as a goddess
She’s a boddhisatva in Buddhism, meaning a living person who attained enlightenment at some point becoming a deity ruling mercy and compassion. She is to Buddhism what the Virgin Mary is to Catholicism.
This is the Chinese goddess Quan Yin. She’s the goddess of mercy.
