Things at my current job aren’t great. I thought it was a stretch; but I wanted an offer before the end of the month and I got it! I spoke with the VP on friday for my last interview, I got a call from the team 30 minutes later with the verbal and written offer. They wasted NO time, not even the next business day. They gave me exactly what I wanted out the gate, no negotiation needed!
