You do need to remove blockages first. Try Unhex and then Halo. Make sure you make it clear in your petition/chant you want all the good magic you did with the various candles to stay! Only remove harmful curses and magic. Then cleanse with Halo...definitely get a healing candle for after. Mars for protection!

It might need more time. Did you cleanse well prior?
