Can you take a butter knife to slide the WIC back to the center. It looks like it slid. That will cause the glass to overheat and break. I'd burn it till it's out in its own if you can. Put baking soda close if the flame becomes to big. Saftey first. Water on these fires has a chance of causing it to spread do to the oils.
Im not sure if there is a right answer for this. The magick started working immediately and its clearly been more than six hours. Put it out soon... The herbs will catch fire.
