I showered, smudged my space, and my hands. Gave thanks then sat in front of the candle and chanted. Everything became hazy as if clouds were moving in front of me. I sat for a minute, closed my eyes thinking maybe my vision was just out of wack. Nope. Same thing when I opened them and started chanting again. Whoever was with me at that time made their presence known and I’m grateful.
