I think I'm losing my mind. PLEASE HELP!

So my goal was to bring back a lover I once had. I was depressed at the time & I pushed him away with my bad attitude, but I never told him what was going on with me until is was too late. Either way, he dropped me & now he has a girlfriend. At first I was doing dumb breakup spells with a lemon I found on youtube on him and his girlfriend (multiple times). Then my friend recommended this site to me. The problem is I had no idea what I was doing:

First, I did a tether candle between me and him & did not dispose it properly.

Next, I used the 4th POV candle but used the wrong seal of god (when i realized used the wrong seal i asked the spirits for forgiveness for my ignorance)

Then I used the lovers return pack, (properly this time) Sweentening, Rekindle, Deadly Attraction, 4th POV (again), then Obsession.

Now nothing has happened other than him watching my instagram stories a couple times, but i think im obsessed. I can't get him out my head, i literally think about him every 5 seconds and it's been months. It's driving me insane, literally to the point where its unhealthy. I'm thinking horrible thought because it hasn't worked in my favor. WHAT DO I DO PLEASE HELP!!!!
