I used Halo before using GF candle. Do I hurn the GF all the way until its finished and whilst its burning can I keep chanting

It can yes. It's different for each person.

In the booklet Lala says the longer you let the SPELLED candles burn the more potent the energy, so yes it's best to let it burn completely.
