The order numbers will vary based on payment method. Last promo I accidentally used PayPal echeck... I qualified based on the time, i didn’t get an order number until my payment cleared, but still got the promo cause I ordered at midnight. If It would have been based on the actual order number I would have missed it by like 300 orders

Not necessarily, those using PayPal E-Check will have a order number generated once the payment clears (which takes 5days)! However the original time of purchase will still be honored... I know this from experience on a previous promo.
