This would be my first time, was wondering do i need to burn Halo everytime i move to a different candle for different purposes? Ex. I burn halo before deadly attraction(all the way to the end). If i want to move to good fortune do i need to burn halo before lighting or the halo i burned before is still affective?

Nope. You burn it once. You can repeat Halo a few months later.
