Sometimes your order may take longer because LaLa is putting the finishing touches on it, or waiting for supplies that are needed to go with your order. She won't skimp on her process. Patience is key. They are definitely worth the wait. I have had a box sitting at the Post Office since Friday ( I finally got it today) so I know how you feel. Everything is in divine timing.

I ordered March 23 and March 25. Both orders i received a shipment notification on April 2nd. Both orders were in preshipment. Yesterday one order finally moved and will be here Wednesday. The March 25th order is still in pre-shipment waiting to be picked up by usps since the 2nd. Hope that helps in some way 🤷🏽‍♀️ I dont know lol

Also the first order I didn't use this app either,it just went to my email when I purchased but never no updates

I got my candles yesterday, I ordered march 21,my packages go to the rent office due to theft,something told me to go ask my rent office did I have package it wa there,sayin all to say I never got shipping update that does not mean it's not on its way,my package was postmarked on the 31 of march,the mail has been ruining crazy or my rent office just didn't tell me it was there I think it's been in there,so no worries u might not get updated but its coming

Be patient w it. The shipping takes time. But the work always comes through
