I recently just purchased a few souffles but i am unsure of how to use them, i heard some use it on their feet bc of the texture and use chants with the souffle.. from my understanding you dont have to do this. I am curious to know how others used it bc i had planned to use my intentions with it more so with affirmations

Do it as you please I say my affirmations with my power and ahari I wear prosper on my feet and chant for money. Do what works for you !💗
