Ok so I have a question...at the beginning of each episode of the conjure there’s a clip of Lala standing in front of a big jar and there’s a couple candles on it and they’re all lit and she has a sage stick(I think), that’s also lit and she’s like patting the sage smoke into the candles, I hope that makes sense lol. But i always wondered what was the purpose of using the sage...can somebody educate me on this? I’ve looked on google and youtube for the answers, but nothing. Please help me lmao.

Cleanse, then use the candles... also sage is good for chanting and setting intentions
Spell work works even better when you incorporate all four elements.. air ( sage or incense) , water , fire and earth
I think it's to keep negative energy away while you conjure.
I know sage is a cleanser so I believe ur keeping ur space clean and purified 😊 hope that makes sense
In the booklet, Lala mentions to do that over your spelled candles as you chant.
