Hello I have these three candles I cannot find specific instructions on if I should chant just light or just do the petition. I did not recieve the booklet and when I went back to the candle for instructions there were none just description of the candle.

The instructions aren't exactly on the website unless they're referring to the downloadable booklet. And individual instructions don't come with each candle, unless it says so under the candle description. And those candles do not have individual instructions in their descriptions.
They are spelled candles. The general instructions for all spelled candles are in the booklet, which is what the instructions do say under each of them. If you didn't get a booklet, and you've never read the booklet and don't know the steps for spelled candles you probably shouldn't be burning those 3 just yet.
You can download a copy of the booklet from the website if you didn't get one with your order. It's somewhere on the site - the website and wix sites are not consistent with each other anymore so not sure where to tell you to look, depending on which one you use. But it was on the homepage before, start there. Follow the steps for spelled candles.
