I’m going to be honest I have a few coworkers who want me to fail, gossip about me and they want see me miserable and not happy

Then I’ll assume you purchased the candle to bring “ruin” to their lives. You would chant exactly what you want to happen to them in terms of how you want their lives ruined or how you want revenge to play on them. If you’re feeling that they want you to fail, you’re petition/chant could be that your target is a failure or your target ends up unhappy. The more specific and detailed you are about what you want as an outcome, the better.
