There has been a lot of communication and movement on shipping notifications AND responses for Customer Service. I truly believe LaLa got folks together, and things are falling in line accordingly.

And just like that - another order has arrived. I am a firm believer that our mindsets affect (and create) our reality. As soon as (and I mean AS SOON AS) I let go and trusted that a business that I have patronized for 4 years has never done me dirty or left me hanging, movement happened. Slow movement. But movement nonetheless.
I did my due diligence, and The Conjure did theirs.
Growing pains are trash for errrrybody. And I believe in this case, they weren’t prepared for the demand after the oils were released.
(More pennies for thoughts that no one asked me LOl)
P.S. I said all of that to say that I have received 4 of many orders over the past 3.5 weeks. And I believe a change in my mindset and what I posted above worked in my favor. #thatisall
A thought: imagine how many emails some of us get every single day. Including SPAM, because NO email address is immune to that. Now multiply that by hundredsssss for The Conjure. Daily. With maybe only 5-10 (I don’t know, just guessing) people - dedicated to checking and responding to emails - that they then must research/pull up orders and any other pertinent information and then coordinate with processing & shipment. It’s ALOT.
Yes. We all want our orders. NO DOUBT! But I had to sit with my feelings and frustration and figure it out because it was stressing me to the nth-degree. Did I need my items for something specific in a certain time frame? Hells YES! But I have also been paying attention, learning, and using what I have already (be it LaLa’s products, or my own intention & manifesting energy). That includes manifesting movement on my orders - because: why not?!? Most of all, I keep reminding myself of what complete and utter overwhelm at work feels like, and how I have felt as a small biz owner when shit gets too real and there aren’t enough hours in the day to get shit done, even when I do my best.
So as frustrating as it is, grace is needed. Patience BEEN gone, but grace will carry you further. And gratitude (even pre-gratitude) for every single item you ordered will find its way to you in due time. Follow up weekly, if need be. And let it go. Those of us who know LaLa know she is not trying to steal our money, defraud us, or anything of that nature. Business just boomed so big that it was unmanageable. Ironically, I think this HAD to happen so there could be a reset with a better system in place.
Also: the tone of the emails that you send matter. Should it, no. But there are real people on the other side of that screen as stressed as we are. You catch more flies with sugar than vinegar.
Take what resonates and leave the rest. I’m hopeful that this gives some perspective.

I sent an email asking about my order and all they said was they were behind and they will get to it when they can. No other info was provided and it's been almost 8 weeks
....but also don't be sending an email if it's 8 wks or less...July? Ok....ya send an email....but don't add unnecessary work for Lala
