Any ideas on chant when lighting the 4th pentacle of saturn

I believe that chanting is done with the spelled candles. For conjure candles there is a step by step procedure detailed on pages 9 through 15 in The Conjure Booklet that came with your candle.

Good question, I'd like some ideas as well
