Good morning all!! any advice on how to contact the conjure team? I have reached out several times through email about an order and haven’t received any responses. Any other suggestions?
If it’s from the 4/29 I think they are taking a little longer especially with the intense candles. I placed several orders in the 4/29 but my last order was a big order and I order several intense candles I know a lot of work is put in more of the intense candles but like @Vavaseaur mentioned I’m going to wait like two more weeks and reach out to them again. But like you my order that’s coming in today is from the 5/6
It happens sometimes, IDK why but sometimes the orders don't show up in your order history. I'm still waiting for the order I placed on 4/29, but I received the order from 5/6. I'll give it a couple of more weeks before I send an email because there are still people receiving orders from the 4/29 sale.
I’m wondering if it’s because the order doesn’t show in my history. I got the email confirmation that it went thru and payment went thru but it’s not listed in the history. Idk. I will just try again
I'm still waiting for order from April 29th. I usually get my candles in 4 weeks but we on the 5th hopefully I will get it next week.

Always put urgent and your order number in your email subject Line. You’ll get an answer.
