Are you talking about figuring out the planetary hours of the day that you're using a conjure candle?

Use something like this site - https://www.astrology.com.tr/planetary-hours.asp

You put in your date, time, and location and it'll chart the planetary hours for you so you can plan when to do your candle. Gotta scroll down a bit for the charts lol.

I use this website called cafe astrology cafe astro something it really helps if you know your place of birth and time of birth along with the date. It’ll tell you everything from sun moon ascendant and Venus to the houses their interpretation all free x

If you put your birth time it should show the right zodiac sign and all your placements in your birth chart

Yes it goes by your time of birth the right sign will show up on your chart

If you have the time Google free birth chart and put in the time it will show you your placements in your chart like where your sun, rising, moon etc is

Have you gone to the birth records department in the city you were born in? If you get your birth certificate ask for the one with the time.
