Anyone else waiting for an respond from lala about missing candle 🕯 it’s been 8 days now and I haven’t received a response .... it’s getting frustrating and I want to make another order but I’m scared now !! I have emailed URGENT in subject with order number !!

don't worry, she will answer you. one time I had a question about my order - I just e-mailed her with a very specific subject title & Lala responded very fast & immediately sent out my package with tracking number... best service I've ever had.

The subject should be your order number and your issue. Putting “urgent” may get unnoticed because people are putting urgent for things that aren’t urgent. Subject example: Order #xxxxx MISSING ________
