Beginning need help

I've searched and searched before I asked, so please forgive if the answer is somewhere.

I have the Beginners Bundle, Lover's Return and Tranquility Healing Bundle. I know that I need to begin with the beginners bundle. Can I do that for the both of us at the same time or do I need to do me first then him? Then afterwards I have no idea which bundle to start on next. I got the Tranquility because I knew that healing needed to happen before I could have him return.
