Does it still work like that? How do you use it?

It has worked for me. I use a regular oil burner. The scent is usually so alluring from the melts and I meditate over it first, then chant. Sometimes I use the melts just for the scent. If you have a candle warmer, that works, too. If you really prefer to burn or have a flame to chant too, definitely buy some wood wicks. If you have multiple low wax of the same candle, you can melt it into one candle and rewick. I do this a lot! It still works since the spell is within the candle.

No, it doesn't have to be wooden, but wood wicks burn slower, making the candle last a bit longer!
