Can transport be used to remove an unwanted guest from someone ELSE’S home.

So my targets mother moved into his 1 bedroom apartment a few months ago because she got kicked out of her own 🙄. So she’s just living on his couch with no intention of leaving. He is so frustrated and sick of it but can’t kick her out with no where to go. Can I light the transport candle to get her out of his house? If so, do I put both their photos under the candle or how does that work? Also she believes she has hexes on her - would this work even if I don’t use an unhex on her?
