Hi conjure family! So for the last three months I have been worked an amazing job at a contract role. The pay, schedule is perfect for my life and day to day. I have excelled at this job exceptionally, and was going to be brought on full time. However, a co worker at the California office decided she wants to move to NYC now. Since she’s a full time tenured employee and I’m a contractor, they decided to no longer offer me the role, and they‘re going to replace me with her.
I CANNOT lose this job!!! It took me forever to not only land a role because of covid, but now with omicron and everything happening in NYC, I can tell it’ll be even harder to not only get back on my feet, but to find a role that’s as good as this one. I recently got my employment spelled candle in the mail. I already used conjure to get approved for close to $20k in back rent because of covid. And losing this job would put me right back in a financially hardship of a situation. Going into the new year, I can’t go backwards.
Has anyone used the candle yet? or does anyone have any ideas or tips to help me utilize the candle for this situation? Ideally id like to keep the job. Whether it’s because she changes her mind, quits/leaves etc. Whatever it may be - but for the outcome to be I get to not only stay, but end up getting onboarded as a permanent employee. I did use employment candle about a month ago I haven't seen any movement all my applications are still in under consideration status and the job I interviewed for in early December is still in interview in progress status. I am getting opportunities for my artwork and have sold a few and have another big project coming up so maybe I am actually having movement just not what I expected I need a 9-5 for some financial stability and benefits. But I am trusting spirit guide me at this point I did do the wealth right so I'm thinking I'm that may want me to focus more on my business. I decided to do a unhex candle on New Years I just finished burning the halo/still intense candle next I will be burning mercury/crossroads intense and the mercury magnetism/good fortune intense. It's going to work out as said above I would mix in some conjure as well.
