Hello all! My elixirs came in and I won’t lie my memory is shot with finals and exams. I cannot remember if we are supposed to chant with it or just focus on what we need luck on. Can someone refresh my memory please? Between knowing all the human bones and different types of ceramics my memory bank is overloaded.

I would say chant bur I usually don't chant but chant for your liking but also you can focus as well on your desires
