Conjure and spelled candle together?

I received 2nd Pentacle of Mercury today even though I was looking for 4th pentacle of Saturn to separate myself from someone. I opened my box at 11:11 so this is definitely what I should be using. With that being said when burning 2nd pom with a spelled candle which one do I lit first?

Mercury candles can be burned with any spelled candle. But the directions on the site for the 2nd Pentacle of Mercury states if you burn a spelled candle with it, it has to be on a Wednesday. 5th Pentacle of Mercury can also be burned with a spelled candled but u have to pay respects to the day if other than Wednesday

Usually the rule of thumb is that you don’t burn a conjure candle with a spelled candle. They are based on two separate forms of magick. If you insist of burning both, I would conjure first, dismiss then burn the spelled candle.

I thought the mercury conjure candles was the only ones can be burned with spelled candles?

Yes and no. It depends on which spelled candle. Mercury opens doors and roads. Which candle were you going to light. I believe someone posted a few weeks back which candles can be burned together and why. Try searching the forum. I would only light Ahari or Crossroads with the Mercury candle, personally. Then again I like to separate conjure magick from the spelled candles and usually don’t mix both.
