Conjure while menstruating?

I have just received my candles right on time for today, I have an extensive amount of protection work that needs to be done. I ordered the Legba candle and toook the day off of work in hopes of lighting my candle and connecting with him, but this morning I started my period. I have been told for many years that one should not work conjure or any other magic while menstruating, but I am in a desperate situation and time is of the essence.

I am under attack by a group of Caucasian men (neighbors working with my landlord and a couples of police officers to harass, torment and poison me in a redlining attempt for this building, that I have lived in longer than any of them and before the landlord bought the building), I am quiet and have always kept myself in the four years that I’ve lived here, then 2.5 years ago a new landlord bought the building, and begin renting units out to young racist Caucasian proud boy kind of men and a religious fanatic who heads an Angelican Religion Branch off society/cult, who became obsessed and they are now stalking me.

They saw that I lived here alone and began attacking me and breaking into my apartment with the aid of the landlord, and my car, and vandalizing my door and belongings immediately, as they were clearly not accustomed to seeing black faces in their neighborhoods. I live in Sacramento California where there are a lot of black people. Due to perfect and unfortunate conditions and the layout of this eight unit building, they have had the ability to break into my house on a daily basis and poison my plants and tamper with my food and spiritual tools and altars. The landlord has done something with the water pipes and Hot water heater for this unit that is located in the apartment below. I’m getting water coming out with some sort of oil in it that burns the skin, and they’ve lifted the baseboards in the apartment and installed some sort of system behind it that is controlled from the neighbor downstairs, I hear a little click and then this same oil pumps out from behind the baseboards onto the hardwood floors. By the way It completely liquefies my plants and burns my skin off, I believe it is some sort of acid. They vandalize my furniture and and have broken everything that I own, they have even urinated in vases of flowers and on my bed while going completely undetected. They have infiltrated the neighborhood watch, and completely turned it into a hate group of lookouts to make sure they are unseen and able to cut power to the unit to disable my security cameras and enter my unit easily, and are given a heads up when I approach.

They are becoming violent quickly getting more aggressive and becoming extremely bold while growing numbers. This all began because a jealous Caucasian woman/neighbor downstairs told them I was a witch, and that I had vandalized her packages, even though the packages were opened, but ironynothing was ever stolen from the boxes. The thing is I was already at work by 5 AM that morning, and did not get off until 4 PM that evening welk after the “vandalized“ package that have been delivered that afternoon had been found. There is now an actual Wiccan in the eight unit complex who is also working me on their behalf so I can’t fight back. I am not the victim kind, and have been fighting back, but with access to my apartment, my spiritual tools, and my hair and other personal items they have found a way to bind me. It sounds like a lot, and if it weren’t happening to me directly I wouldn’t even believe all this ish where possible. But people have always come together to harm us historically. I want to get started on my work as soon as possible and I want to light my candles, is this advisable to do while menstruating ?
