Hello everyone/family. When you have a issue of shipping/billing/mistake how long does it take for you to get a response. Just to say I am not being negative- I was the one that made the mistake (forgot to add the LOVE code- still very mad at myself and it was my third order 😑😒🙁- totally my fault- I guess I got too excited). I’m also aware that Ms.Lala is extremely busy and it is my fault... I guess I’m just wanting some encouragement that MY mistake will hopefully be fixed or made right... praying. I accidentally paid $200 extra ... on this order when I didn’t put the code in...again it was my fault and I have already spent about $1000 with the total 3 orders this past I’ve sent an email to orders@theconjure.com, info email and wix personal message. Also when I realized what I did- which was within 5 minutes: I emailed and messaged with the order number , asked respectfully of my mistake to hopefully be fixed and thanked her for all that she does— never ever would I be disrespectful and I understand she is busy. Just looking for hope and prayer ... haha

@Blaine Tease LaLa will definitely respond and correct the errors. I had 3 errors on 3 different orders that started on Black Friday. She’s definitely busy. I sent her one email a week with “Order Error - (order #)..” in the subject line. But only sent to orders@conjure.com and she responded by the third. Give it some time and don’t ever feel like you’re being ignored. :-) She’ll get to you.

I appreciate the advice... I didn’t not put urgent. I will wait a few more days because I don’t want to appear too pushy. I trust her ... I’m just a little anxious but I have to let go and let the universe work it out... I would even take more candles in its place.
Sorry that happened. I honestly believe Lala will take care of it. I know she probably had some down time on the weekend. Just give her some time. Trust she is the truth. I wish you the best and happy conjuring.
