My sister lost her children two years ago. She’s taken every step to do what court asked to get them back. She lost them bc she and her now ex husband would fight bc she was defending herself. But Kentucky didn’t see it that way. Today we found out they want the family to adopt them that has had them for two years. What can she do to get them back. They said it’s up to the judge now. It’s not fair I’ve never met them just seen them on FaceTime. Please help.
And for me their father wants to take me to court. He wants joint custody I’m no longer willing to do that bc for three years he provided no support kept lying about seeing and keeping them til he got married idgaf about that however the woman he married told me while calling me to confront me about him mind u I didn’t know they were together bluntly said my kids didn’t matter or their feelings she comes first before them he married her after. His mom and I both agree it’s something wrong w him. He’s never neglected it done anything to them and now smh. He came to his moms last year she had to make him he brought her the kids said they don’t like her and u guys know kids pick up before we do I wanna protect my kids. All they do is fuss and fight I witnessed it. I got the court date pushed back. What can I do please help

Thank y’all. And I have one of the 3intense ones w unhex and I have the new one as well. I just got to get others. We managed to get court date changed. It’s one thing and I don’t take away from men who r or wanna be fathers. But y’all my kids were in therapy bc of how he did them.
