I have a question. When you send an email to change a item in your order and you don’t get a response in 24hrs do that mean they didn’t grant the request?

I didn't have a problem ..I emailed them and they got back to me about my order.

Thats I what I wanna know I’ve sent out emails and posted on here and nothing. At this point I’ll just except the lost and deal with the fact I have 2 orders of the same candles. I wanted to change then as well so I would get my moneys worth but it’s been about a week in a half and nothing. Just my experience hopefully things go different for you 🙏🏽
