DA oil for contact magic?

Would it work if put the oil on my hands and hold my target’s hand? Damn Covid, so we’re meeting outside, but I want to move it indoors so that he can smell it on my neck and other places as well. I plan to add it to my shampoo as well. Just want to overwhelm the poor boy.
