yes my first order was pretty quick and my second ordered shipped but it showed a delivery date and now its unknown (happened with my first order but a few days later it was back on track ) my third order I'm assuming is being prepared but no changed yet so hoping its quick. new to the group and site but yes I do wish we had shipping options but I also understand that the candles do have be prepared etc. so trying to staying positive :)

I emailed them about the replacement souffle if they can ship it with my orders and they said they will ship it separately but when? No answer. Its a replacement from my order in July coz i got half empty jar.

I’ve had a total of two replacements for two separate orders I’ve been waiting for since January 2021 and July 2021 I just gave up on it because they’ll keep responding to the email saying they will ship it out on multiple occasions, but I never received it so I say I’m gonna take it as a loss but it’s not fair @Shan32317
Maybe we have to keep emailing them. I wonder why it takes forever to replace. There are no words from them aside from they are preparing for it. Like how long? I hope we dont get ban for this. I read were not allowed to post about orders here
I hate the mfz that always want to act like we can’t be concerned about things that we pay for. All it takes it communication, with ANY Business!! It’s just a question, we all have priorities and bills to pay and other things and work hard for our money. There is no excuse and no one should be wondering or confused if they spend their money on any product service and waiting long periods with no resolution or progress!!! So it go both ways
Mine too… aug 19 and it says it shipped but when i track it its pending… pending for a week now. Don’t understand why. But when I ordered in July i got it in a week. I ordered 5 times and only 2 of them are fast shipping.
The hold up may be the candle arriving broke and ppl complaining and then having to replace on top of back to back sales. The candles work once you order if you don't feeling it's because your still " waiting" and not "receiving" what your asking for if that makes sense. Shift your energy 😘
It don’t matter if I order on a sake event or not my orders take for ever!!! The previous time it took two damn months! It really sucks I was afraid to order again because the shipment isn’t the best service. I hope they improve it
Idk. That short period of time it was 1-2 weeks now it seems to be back to 1 month or longer....atleast for my orders. I just received my 3 Souffles I ordered August 12th. I am not sure how Shipping goes. People don't post about receiving their shipments like they used to, which I think is a good thing. You would see people getting orders they just made 5 days ago while you are still waiting on a smaller order from over a month. Lol
I now what you mean!’ For the last few months I’d get my shipment I’d say 3-5 days depending on how many candles you order.. at times I’d get in two to days but I order a ton of candles and still get them quick.Sometimes I get the email of shipment and a lot of times I don’t receive an email about shipment
