Has anyone else had issues with a package being delivered?! I ordered candles almost 2 months ago and although it's not The Conjures company fault that my package is missing. But it is very discouraging that I don't have my order yet. My package took a while to be shipped out in the first place but almost 2 weeks ago FedEx said they delivered it and that wasn't the case. FedEx advised me that I could not file the claim and the shipper had to file the claim. I contacted the conjure and they said they would ship out a replacement package this one time but they have no idea when and at the end of the day I'm still waiting. I contacted FedEx everyday and sent multiple emails to the conjure asking about my replacement order. I'm drained. As a new customer it makes me feel hopeless, I spent a lot of money. The day my candles were suppose to be delivered I broke all the way down because I really needed that healing candle and was ready to light it. My spirit was broken that day and although I meditate and do what I'm suppose to do everyday sometimes need help clearing those blockages.
My energy had already been off for weeks so I ordered candles based off my needs and was very patient. Not sure I can mentally go through this again after I finally receive my order....if I ever receive it.
Replacements take about a month too unfortunately.
It is unfortunate that this has happened to you. I don't have any of my candles delivered to my residence for this reason. You do have options. And someone was kind enough to offer their Halo candle which was very giving. That was very kind.
I’m really sorry this happened to you. I’d be very upset too. I totally understand your feelings on the issue.
I always have it redirected to pick up at FedEx location and pick them up myself. Create an account and you’ll have the capability.
Did you send a email about this ?? This happened to me with an order I placed in January, they are sending me a new one, in April now, still waiting.
I totally understand what you’re going through. It’s frustrating because we definitely want to support Conjure but honestly something has to be done about this. I ordered in November and never received my candles either. Was told it was delivered on dec 26 when I was at home all day. So I’m holding off ordering any more. Almost 200 dollars just gone. It’s really disheartening.
