Do you get more movement when....

I do both too. I used to talk more with any candle lit but tbh I talk to the spirits and both Papas even on any day or week where I have not lit anything. I remember and thank them often.

Rarely write petitions anymore but am going to start doing it again as it's a double energy force 1 being thought 2 the action of writing it so universe can receive it on that level too

For me speaking 🙌🏽😃 I speak, I shout, I say it out loud whatever works Spirit hears me 😃😊 and I still see results 😊

Both I say it from within my heart and how I’m really feeling and needing what I need that’s why I don’t light or talk until I feel that energy to do so
