Do anyone know how often the emails are checked? I have sent a few emails, first through the site customer service email (info@theconjure.com) on June 8th and I believe the 13th as well to and on this site as well concerning some items that were missing from my order. This is not a complain nor, rant. I received my order just not in entirely. This is just an inquiry so that I can know what to do or if there is another source of contact where I can reach someone.

Often. I recently emailed last week and got a response within two days. It just depends on how many emails they received that day. But give it a day or two.

Like I said everyone I am sure that there is some delay due to the cove it slow down of a lot of businesses I’m literally just asking if maybe there’s been anything said or posted about a delay that was simply my inquiry because I have received my order just not in its entirety. So this is not a post inquiring about my order.

Email again and in the subject line put URGENT ( order number) she will see those quicker
hey ladies I ordered alot ov items the thing is even after a month Lala has been backed up wit orders the supplies is incomplete or something but usually she will reply...i just got my 1st order from may 16 but I know theres been many delays as far as emails i had applied for consultation and that takes time for her as well because sooo many folks are emailing asking the same questions. Shes just replying in the order received. I know she will send all the things you are missing much Peace to you

Same here. I’ve always gotten my orders rather quickly. I still haven’t gotten my GF/Ahari order from May 22 😩
I’m pretty positive that it’s due to the slowdown of Covid because I’ve always gotten my full order. Maybe from the rush of orders. Mistakes happen, I’m sure that they will be handled.
