Domination for work??

Has anyone used the domination candle for work? I'm over the Management where I work at. I love my job, BUT Management, not so much!! I've searched and have seen that people are mostly using it for love.

I left in January and I’m with a new company. I didn’t feel like waisting my candle and effort on their BS. I had already waisted 7 years there.
