Yesterday I order something’s and I haven’t received an email for it? It shows that the funds was taking from my account but I’m assuming that I missed typed my email. Is there anyway I can change that or have my email resend? I unfortunately purchased it as a guest instead of signing into my account. 😩😣 @The Conjure Orders

I didn’t sign in with paypal I just continue as guest and used my credit card. I does show that it was taken out of my account. I’m just going to think positive that my order will be sent out and there will not be a mistake with my order. 🤞🏾
Same thing happened to me no email confirmation of purchase. I went back to purchase again, and then I got email confirmation. I think first time there was a glitch. Just got off with PayPal agent, and my transaction was completed. In my case my first purchase never went through, and no money was taken out. Maybe there was a system glitch due to so many orders due to the sale?
I don’t get order update emails or tracking either to be honest. I have no inquired on why but my packages have all come even when I accidentally double ordered though I received no response and couldn’t reverse that so I had to just take it as much as I didn’t need it. So now I’m giving candles away
