How long does it normally take to get a response from orders@theconjure.com for missing order items? I emailed 13 days ago, and again 4 days ago. I know Lala is busy, and waiting isn't a problem just trying to get an idea of how long this process normally takes.

Email her again. That’s what I did and she replied a few hours later.

It’s helps to put urgent in your title and she responds usually same day
It usually takes 48 business hours from my experience. If she hasn’t responded yet I would suggest tagging her here.
