I have ordered candles and the address on one that was sent was from a totally different address. Ordered in different people names to compare the orders. Yes all fake. Rerouting Lala orders. Someone broke into my house and took the fake address out of my home and left the original from a few yrs ago. I Placed another order and the correct address was placed on the order sheet but the order receipt is still different from Lala. This is why the candles are not working. They are not Lala candles and all smell the exact same like Vaseline.
I have checked my last 2-3 packing slip and the address is the same. The address on the packing slip, meaning name will not match the name of the box. Confidentiality.
Use an alternate browser or email when and see if that works. I've never heard of them blocking anyone from sending emails especially when you receive emails regarding your orders.

Idk if I'm slow or just not getting what exactly is this member is saying happened .....idk how "fake addresses" can be stolen oit of a home.....can someone break it down for me.
So you spent your money, to order under different names, a bunch of what you felt to be fake candles? Then someone went out of their way to break into your home to take the fake addresses?
Before we start accusing the candles of being fake let’s remember that the warehouse was expanded and that would be the change in address. And I beg to differ on the candles not working. Also what does someone breaking into your home have to do with this?
There was a point of time when the conjure was changing shipping, post office and warehouse. That's probably why you're seeking different addresses. At one point they were using 2 different post offices. If that's why you think the addresses are different. I think we're all confused about the part where u mentioned someone broke to your house. But as far as the candles not working I beg to differ. I hope your issue is resolved swiftly.
Make sure you are clear and have ALL your ducks in a row before you make claims like this PLEASE all my candles work I’ve been purchasing since she opened yrs ago
